4. Client responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Use Evedica outputs responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations

Not present Evedica reviews or certificates as approval, endorsement, or recommendation
Evedica accepts no responsibility for misuse or misrepresentation of its outputs.
5. Use of Evedica name and materials
All reports, certificates, methodology, and branding remain the intellectual property of Evedica.
Clients may use Evedica outputs only in accordance with agreed guidance and may not alter, misrepresent, or selectively quote conclusions in a misleading way.
Unauthorised use of Evedica’s name, logo, or materials is prohibited.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

7. Fees and payment

10. Changes to services or terms
Evedica reserves the right to update these Terms or modify services at any time. Updated Terms will be published on the website and apply from the effective date shown.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
